1. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Togetherly has a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. The creation, distribution, or storage of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is absolutely prohibited on our platform and will be reported to the relevant national and international authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

2. Application Audience

Togetherly is designed exclusively for adults (18+). The application is a private space for couples to share memories, timers, mood logs, and drawings. We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 18.

If we discover that a user under 18 has created an account, we will immediately suspend the account and delete associated data.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited within Togetherly:

• Any sexual content involving minors (CSAM).
• Content that grooms, exploits, or endangers children.
• Any content that sexualises or demeans minors in any way.
• Links or references to platforms distributing CSAM.

4. Reporting Mechanism

Users can report violations directly from within the app using the in-app report feature. Reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority and reviewed immediately.

Confirmed CSAM content will be removed without delay and reported to NCMEC and local law enforcement in compliance with applicable law.

5. Compliance with Applicable Law

Togetherly complies with all applicable laws and regulations regarding child safety, including but not limited to the PROTECT Our Children Act, the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), and equivalent national legislation. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies worldwide.
